The white beans selected in the Piura region give Illanka an exceptionally creamy texture. This terroir is expressed by a marked acidic attack and delicious black fruit aromas: a blend of blackberries, bilberries and black grapes matured for a long time in the sun. The body releases a rare chocolate power, enhanced by notes of roasted peanuts.
