Our general terms and conditions of sale define the contractual relationship between Ingrédients du monde and the individual or professional customer, as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made on the site.

The purchase of a product implies the customer's unreserved acceptance of these conditions of sale. These conditions of sale shall prevail over any other general or special conditions not expressly approved by Ingrédients du monde SPRL.

Ingrédients du monde SPRL reserves the right to modify the conditions of sale at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force on the date of the customer's order.

Our products

We have a wide range of products, and all the products on our site are in stock, so we can dispatch your order quickly. The products are packaged in several different ways:

• Small weights: stainless steel pot
• Medium size: plastic pot
• Large formats: vacuum bag.

All our products are marked with an expiry date (DLUO), which stands for "best before" date, as well as the batch number, enabling our products to be effectively traced. If a product is recalled, you will be contacted by e-mail and the product will be withdrawn. A refund will then be made as soon as the product is returned.

It is possible that a product you have selected is not in stock. In this case, we will inform you by e-mail if a product in your order is missing. The order will still be sent and the missing product will not be invoiced.

Right of withdrawal

Legally, the right of withdrawal applies to distance selling, i.e. when there is no physical contact between the seller and the buyer (internet order, purchase via a call centre, etc.).

For most goods and services, the withdrawal period is 14 calendar days (Monday to Friday).

Your right of withdrawal begins on receipt of your order for purchases of goods and on conclusion of the contract for purchases of services.

In addition, the law requires the seller to stipulate clearly and precisely that the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract, and must also specify the terms and conditions of this right (number of days, return of the product, cancellation of the contract, etc.).

So if you make a purchase online, the company must inform you of this right before you finalise it. The same applies when you make a contract by telephone.

The company then has 14 days from the date of receipt of your cancellation request to reimburse you.

The law stipulates that the seller must use the same means of payment used when you took out the subscription to reimburse you, unless the buyer agrees otherwise.

What's more, you have the opportunity to try out the good or service before you resign it. However, you cannot overuse or damage it.

The right of withdrawal applies to the purchase of goods and services.

However, not all categories can benefit from this right. This is the case for :

• Perishable goods
• Orders sealed for hygiene reasons

Nevertheless, Ingredients of the World SPRL undertakes to respond to any retraction, and reimbursement will be accepted under certain conditions and as quickly as possible.

Return policy

In the case of a delivery, as explained in the right of withdrawal, you are granted a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to inform us if you wish to return it. Ingrédients du Monde then has 14 days to reimburse you without having to give any reason. To exercise this right of return, you may make an unambiguous statement indicating your intention to return the product to us. The product must remain unused, in its original, undamaged packaging, in very good condition and resalable with the sales invoice. These conditions are cumulative and apply to each product returned.

Subject to acceptance, the refund will be made to the same method of payment previously used by the customer within 14 days of the date on which you exercise your right of return.

If a parcel arrives damaged, send us photos by e-mail and we will deal with the dispute with the delivery company without you having to worry about it.

How to return the parcel:

Contact us by e-mail indicating the products. A delivery note will then be sent to you by e-mail. This should be stuck to the parcel before dropping it off at a post office.
